Position Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales professional to connect our customers, sales representatives, and engineers within the group offering Managed Service Provider (MSP) services.
Service Overview
In our MSP group, we provide a one-stop service from infrastructure design and construction to monitoring and operational support, including incident response. Using our proprietary platform, "Valkyrie," we monitor and manage customer systems around the clock, 365 days a year.
Team Overview
The team consists of two main groups: the engineer team, which handles infrastructure setup and initial implementation, and the operations team, which manages the operational aspect. Together, we have a total of 80 members.

Job Description
You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and partner companies. In collaboration with sales representatives, you will conduct technical needs assessments for clients, connecting clients, sales, and engineers to deliver better services and ensure smooth project progress.
・Conduct technical requirements assessments for clients and provide proposals related to infrastructure setup
・Prepare project proposals and presentation materials
・Manage projects and make additional proposals after service implementation
Training & Development
Upon joining, you will aim to become a specialist in pre-sales and will start by learning the business through on-the-job training (OJT), mainly focusing on existing clients. Rest assured, you will not be left to handle projects alone right away.
Position Appeal
You will be able to acquire consulting skills by helping clients visualize their ideal goals and providing optimal proposals.
Since there is currently no dedicated pre-sales engineer (engineers are currently filling this role), you will have the opportunity to establish the pre-sales function as its first member.
After excelling as a key player, you can also take on the challenge of managing the entire MSP service business.
The work environment is very flexible, with no core hours and full remote work options, making it easy to balance work and life.
Required Qualifications
1. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Possess the following experience or knowledge, and be able to make technical proposals to clients:
・Experience as a Project Manager (PM), Project Leader (PL), PMO, or IT Consultant (approximately 3+ years of experience)
・Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or experience in upstream development processes (approximately 3+ years of experience)
・Knowledge of Infrastructure (On-premise, Public Cloud) Architecture
Highest Education Level: Graduate School, University, Vocational School, or High School

・AWS-related certifications
・Experience in development outside the infrastructure domain
・Experience in IT services sales
・Leadership or management experience
