・You will be responsible for the new installation, maintenance, and renovation of plumbing and HVAC systems in various types of buildings, including office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, hospitals, etc. Your role will involve activities such as estimating costs, managing construction schedules, managing materials, ensuring safety, overseeing labor, controlling costs, and quality management—all aimed at improving motivation and productivity at the worksite. You will also be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.
・The scale of the projects varies from several million yen to several billion yen, and you will be involved in both new construction and renovation projects. This variety will allow you to work on projects that align with your career growth and help you step up in your role.
・The first 2–3 years will be considered a period for learning the company’s rules and work style. Please take your time and focus on understanding the job thoroughly.
・Candidates who wish to take the 1st or 2nd class Piping Construction Management Engineer exam and obtain the qualification within 1-2 years.
・Candidates with experience in construction management of plumbing and HVAC systems for office buildings, commercial facilities, or mixed-use buildings (scale of the project is not a concern).
Education: High school graduate or higher
・Candidates who already have practical experience required for taking the Piping Construction Management Engineer exam.
