You will be responsible for "CA duties," which involve conducting interviews, counseling, and job introductions for job seekers! Since this is a new business startup phase, you may also handle "RA duties," which include developing new companies, existing sales, and introducing candidates that clients are looking for. Your specific role will be determined based on your preferences and suitability.
