[Job Description]
You will be responsible for customer success operations using our proprietary tool, "MEO Dashboard." Your role will involve improving customer satisfaction, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and usage frequency by providing guidance on how to use the product.
[Specific Duties]
- Support for product implementation
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Explaining the tool and providing usage support
- Team management (approximately 2-3 members)
