Job Description

[Job Description]

In the Monitoring Service Group, we handle administrative tasks related to payment processing for EC sites operated by client companies, as well as support for the stores on those EC sites. In this position, your main responsibilities will include escalation to clients as an SV (Supervisor) and conducting weekly regular meetings. This is a recommended position for those who may be inexperienced but have enthusiasm and vision, and who wish to gain experience as an SV or leader in the future.

[Specific Duties]

- Handling chargeback requests
*Note: A chargeback is a mechanism for canceling fraudulent payments or charges that the customer does not recognize on EC sites.*
- Escalation to clients
- Regular reporting meetings with clients
- Responding to inquiries from operators
- Supporting EC site stores
- Internal and external negotiations

[Training After Joining]

During training, you will first learn about the job responsibilities, and once you have acquired the necessary knowledge, you will begin handling SV duties. Training for SV duties will be provided by the manager or assistant manager of the relevant department. We ensure a sufficient training period so that you can learn thoroughly from the basics, making it welcoming even for those without prior experience.

Those who can perform basic Excel operations (SUM, VLOOKUP functions, etc.)
