[Job Description]
You will be responsible for construction management of large-scale renovation projects at our company. This includes overseeing renovation and interior work for large facilities such as apartments, public housing, and schools. You will ensure a comfortable living environment by managing details such as window frames, interiors, and exterior wall renovations.
[Project Details]
- Project Type: Approximately 90% of the projects are public sector contracts. You will handle large-scale projects worth over 50 million yen from government agencies (Tokyo).
- Site Assignment: Typically, one person is assigned to one site. For larger projects, two people may work on one site together.
- Area of Responsibility: Primarily centered in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. Company vehicles are available for transportation.
- Past Projects: Examples include exterior wall repair work for the Yoyogi 3-chome district, waterproofing and exterior wall repair for the Tokyo Metropolitan Nishikoujiya rooftop, and rooftop renovations at Hachiyama Junior High School.
[Working Environment]
- Nighttime construction is generally minimal.
- There are company social gatherings once every six months and an annual employee trip.
- Employees can leave on time when there are no ongoing projects.
- Taking compensatory leave or paid leave is easy, and many employees take long vacations after project completion.
- The busy periods for public sector projects are from July to August and February to March.
