・You will be responsible for the design of plumbing, air conditioning, and other equipment installation for various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, commercial facilities, hospitals, and logistics centers, including new construction and renovation projects.
You will also handle design negotiations with various stakeholders, such as general contractors, construction firms, and clients.

・The scale of the projects ranges from a few million yen to several billion yen. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, from new construction to renovations, allowing you to take on projects suited to your career level and advance your professional growth.

・The first 2–3 years will be a period for learning the company's rules and the working style at Kandenko. We expect you to take the time to settle in and focus on your work during this period.

・Experienced in designing plumbing and air conditioning systems for large-scale projects (projects over 100 million yen).

・Holders of qualifications such as 1st Class Plumbing Work Management Engineer, Building Equipment Engineer, Fire Protection Equipment Engineer, etc.
・Candidates with experience in design work for large-scale projects (projects over 100 million yen).
