Job Description

■Job Description
You will be responsible for the development and design of new methods and technologies.
Our company develops construction machinery used in foundation work for buildings and bridges.
Currently, using a patented technology called the "Low-Headroom Slide Method," we are able to perform low-clearance work that was previously impossible for heavy machinery, significantly improving work efficiency.
In the future, we aim to further upgrade and improve our machinery, and we would like you to proceed with development and design based on feedback from the field.
Additionally, our company president is enthusiastic about developing construction machinery that can contribute to CO2 reduction, and we are aiming to advance environmentally friendly machinery development going forward.

Also, in early 2024, five Vietnamese trainee workers will be arriving, and we would appreciate it if you could support them as a senior member of the team.

■Organizational Structure
Currently, two people are involved in development and design, but since they are not hydraulic design specialists, this position will focus on the development and design of the hydraulic circuit portion.
Currently, we outsource the design work, but in the future, we plan to bring it in-house.

Mandatory Requirements

・Hydraulic circuit design experience for machine tools, industrial machinery, aircraft, ships, etc. (approximately 5 years or more)
・Experience in selecting hydraulic components and negotiating with hydraulic equipment manufacturers, etc. (approximately 5 years or more)

Preferred Requirements

・Hydraulic circuit design experience for construction machinery, etc.
