・You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and renovation of plumbing and air conditioning systems in various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, commercial facilities, hospitals, and logistics centers.
Your role will include tasks such as cost estimation, project scheduling, material management, safety management, labor management, cost control, and quality control. Through these responsibilities, you will work to improve the motivation and productivity of the on-site team. You will also handle negotiations with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.

・The scale of the projects varies, ranging from a few million yen to several billion yen. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, from new construction to renovations, allowing you to take on projects that align with your career level and further advance your professional growth.

・The first 2 to 3 years will be a period for learning the company's internal rules and the working style of Kandenko. We expect you to take the time to settle in and focus on your work during this period.

・Holders of the 1st Class Plumbing Work Management Engineer qualification.
・Experienced in construction management for plumbing and air conditioning systems.

・Experienced site supervisor in air conditioning and sanitation systems.
・Experienced in construction management overseas.

Facility Construction Management

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 60-minute break), no flex-time system.
