Job Description

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the development and design of new construction methods and technologies. Our company develops construction machinery used for foundation work in the construction of buildings and bridges. Currently, we are utilizing a patented technology called the "Low Headroom Slide Method," which enables work in low headroom areas where heavy machinery previously could not operate, significantly improving work efficiency. We aim to further upgrade and improve our machinery, and we hope to advance development and design based on feedback from the field. Additionally, our president is enthusiastic about developing construction machinery that can reduce CO2 emissions, and we plan to continue developing environmentally friendly machines in the future.
Furthermore, at the beginning of 2024, five Vietnamese trainees will be entering the company, and we would appreciate your support for them as a senior member.

Organizational Structure:

Currently, two people are involved in development and design; however, since they are not specialists in hydraulic design, we would like this position to focus on the development and design of hydraulic circuits. Currently, we are outsourcing design work, but we plan to bring it in-house in the future.

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience in designing hydraulic circuits for machine tools, industrial machinery, aircraft, ships, etc. (approximately 5 years or more)
・Selection of hydraulic parts and experience in negotiations with hydraulic equipment manufacturers, etc. (approximately 5 years or more)

Preferred Requirements

Experience in designing hydraulic circuits for construction machinery, etc
