Job Description:
As a sales representative for GMO Rental DX, you will be responsible for inside sales. The specific tasks include the following:
Responsibilities:
◆Solution sales for apps aimed at property management companies and owners, including issue hearings, order activities, and implementation support.
◆Sales marketing activities (collecting relevant materials, preparing proposals).
◆Executing actions based on team strategies.
◆Achieving individual KPIs (number of appointments, number of negotiations, number of orders).
◆Converting marketing team initiatives into actionable projects (phone follow-ups, web negotiations).
Note: There may be occasions where you will be asked to transition from inside sales to field sales.
Sales Method:
◆Primarily conducted through telemarketing.
◆Web negotiations will be conducted using tools like Zoom during meetings.
Customers:
◆Real estate management companies (nationwide).
Tools Used:
◆SFA (Salesforce)

This is a web media operated by our company that promotes real estate tech and DX, including apps for rental owners and tenants. We provide articles related to real estate rental DX, such as electronic contracts and IT explanations.
