As a sales and career advisor, you will be responsible for matching job seekers (new graduates and second-job seekers) with companies. You will meet with job seekers to understand their needs, provide job introductions, and offer career advice based on your knowledge of the companies' hiring information.

You will primarily bridge the gap between job seekers, mainly new graduates and second-job seekers, by understanding their career aspirations and the hiring information of companies. The mission of this role is to help job seekers secure better employment (or job changes) while improving the recruitment activities of hiring companies.

- Conduct interviews/hearings with job seekers (averaging 5 to 8 per day)
- Match job seekers with companies and introduce job openings
- Provide guidance on resume preparation and accompany candidates to interviews, offering support to job seekers
- Propose improvements and consult with companies regarding their hiring processes
