In our company, which conducts consulting, development, and operation of integrated IT systems, you will be responsible for overall system sales to customers.
■ Main Job Responsibilities:
◆Clients: Specific and new clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, oil, and chemical industries.
Proposed Products: Tools for plant construction and operation / Production management systems for pharmaceutical factories.
Workflow: Hear customer needs → Propose systems → Pass to the technical department for requirements definition and development progress management → Handover.
◆Sales Style: 50% existing customers, 50% new customers. New customer acquisition is conducted through response sales from inquiries about materials. Sales activities are smoothly coordinated as part of the TIS Group.
■ Position Responsibilities:
You will be entrusted with a leadership position as a specialist in sales (including pre-sales) for assigned clients. We expect you to establish sales policies as a leader.
■ Organizational Structure:
◆The Digital Business Division you will be assigned to consists of 8 members (4 salespeople).
