In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks at the manager level (or director level depending on your abilities), including planning, sales, management, and training.

Currently, we have expanded our contact centers to four locations nationwide and plan to open more centers in the future. ◆Sales to existing customers and new client acquisition (solution sales)
- Clients: You will be responsible for various corporate clients across different industries, with many inquiries from large companies.
- Services Offered: We handle part of our clients' businesses, primarily focusing on contact centers. You will collaborate with various departments to respond to client needs. Additionally, we anticipate launching new BPO initiatives.
