The registered media network consists of over 410,000 sites. You will collaborate with media that match the advertisers' services and products from various genres and scales, continuously managing advertising placements and operations.

"Access Trade" is a performance-based web advertising (affiliate advertising) service where advertising costs are incurred when users visiting web media meet the conditions set by the advertiser, such as making a purchase or requesting a quote. This service is expected to provide high cost-effectiveness.

■ Appeal

You can gain experience in a rare position that combines global exposure with web marketing, utilizing your language skills. You will conduct consulting to further develop well-known services and introduce lesser-known overseas services to the Japanese market. This position allows you to solve medium- to long-term challenges for clients using web marketing, enabling you to acquire skills that go beyond just making sales.

■ Consulting

You will propose plans from a marketing perspective for the promotion of Western advertisers' services/products. After placing ads, you will repeat effectiveness verification, analysis, and improvement proposals to maximize advertising effectiveness.

■ Work Style

■ Career Path

You will progress through promotion steps from general staff → sub-leader → leader → sub-manager → manager.

■ After Joining

After joining, you will catch up on your duties through training and on-the-job training (OJT) within your assigned organization. A mentor will be assigned as your development supervisor, providing an environment where you can consult about anything. The duration is not clearly defined and will proceed according to the individual's situation, but many cases see independence achieved within about six months.
