You will be responsible for web application development at our company's development hub.
Your duties will include promoting digital transformation (DX) for client companies, co-development of solutions, and developing Pasona's proprietary products. Depending on your experience and preferences, you will be assigned tasks related to both frontend and backend development.
■ Backend Development
Full lifecycle system development (requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation)
Members work on all phases of development as web engineers without dividing tasks by phase. We primarily use Scrum development, but we also flexibly adopt Agile and Waterfall methods depending on the project.
Selection and implementation of technical and development standards, improving SRE/DevOps practices, and accumulating know-how for each project to efficiently introduce it into new projects without waste.
■ Job Responsibilities: Web Application Frontend/Backend Development
Server-side development using languages like PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, and web application frameworks
Design and development of Web APIs
Frontend development using frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js
UI component/UX design
Unit and integration testing using testing frameworks
Operation of B2C web and mobile services (Linux)
Planning and development of iOS/Android apps (design and implementation)
Research and selection of adopted technologies
Requirements gathering from clients and providing technical support alongside sales
■ Key Features:
Members will handle all phases of development, not dividing tasks by phase. The development style will involve working on all steps as web engineers. Scrum is the primary development method, with flexible use of Agile and Waterfall depending on the project.
SRE/DevOps practices will be refined, and project know-how will be accumulated to implement it efficiently into new projects.
