Job Description

■ Job Description:
You will be responsible for the planning, development (design and implementation), and improvement of iOS/Android apps for services provided by various companies within the Pasona Group (and some external large companies).
Since the phases (planning, development, improvement) and development languages differ for each project, you will have the opportunity to build your career according to your preferences.
(If desired, you can also gain experience in server-side/API development, etc.)
This is an environment where you can actively work with new technologies such as Flutter.
Note: Several new businesses are launched each year across the group, and engineers can lead the planning and requirements definition of new products.

■ Example Projects:
・Mobile order service app development for an infrastructure company
・Smartphone app development for an infrastructure company
・Car navigation control smartphone app development
・Step-counting smartphone app development for a new healthcare business

■ Department Composition:
6 members (1 in Shimane, 4 in Chubu, 1 in Tokyo)

Mandatory Requirements

■ Required Qualifications:
・Practical experience in web application development
・Practical experience in development using one of the following: Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Flutter

Preferred Requirements

■ Preferred Skills:
・Interest in management or team building in the future
・Experience in team development using Git/GitHub
・Practical experience in Agile development (especially Scrum development)
