Job Description

・You will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction work related to power generation, transmission, and substation facilities at our Social Infrastructure Headquarters.
・You will mainly handle projects in the Greater Tokyo Area.
・The typical project duration is around 3 to 6 months, although some projects may extend up to 2 years, depending on the circumstances.
・Once construction begins, you will be assigned to the construction site. For some projects, night work may be required.

Career Plan:
・In the first 2 to 3 years, you will support projects in an assisting role while learning our operations and acquiring the necessary skills. Afterward, you will gradually take on larger projects as the site manager.
・There is a training program available for mid-career hires, as well as a comprehensive support system for obtaining a wide range of qualifications, from 1st-Class Electrical Construction Management Technician to Professional Engineer (技術士). The company offers rewards and incentives to encourage qualification acquisition, supporting long-term growth as a technical professional.

Mandatory Requirements

Holder of a 1st-Class Electrical Construction Management Technician certification
・Extensive experience in construction management in the electrical equipment field
・First-Class Ordinary Driver’s License

Educational Background: High school graduate or higher

Preferred Requirements

・Experience with extra-high voltage or ultra-high voltage systems
・Holder of a 3rd-Class Chief Electrical Engineer certification
・Experience as a site manager for projects worth over 200 million yen
