Job Description

[Position Overview]

In our first business division, which is responsible for services in the entertainment sector, we provide comprehensive quality assurance services for testing during the game development process on smartphones and home gaming consoles, as well as support after release, primarily for major game companies and overseas titles. We are looking for a customer support leader to join our Nagoya Center, which is the only "global base" of Paul to Win and boasts the top share in multilingual game-related customer support.

You will take on the role of leader for the customer support team in a flat workplace with many foreign nationals!

■ Job Description

As the leader of the customer support team for existing client projects at the Osaka Center, you will be entrusted with the following tasks (project management):

◆Member management
◆Estimating work hours
◆Managing work progress
◆Client negotiations in English regarding projects (primarily via email support)

Mandatory Requirements

【prerequisites】
As a Japanese-English bilingual
Fluent communication skills
・Practical experience in English and Japanese in business situations
・Team management experience (2~ 3 years or more)

Final educational background: Graduate school graduate, university graduate, professional graduate, high school graduate, junior high school graduate
