■Job Description
You will be responsible for the development and design of new construction methods and technologies.
Our company develops construction machinery used in foundation work for buildings and bridges. Currently, using a patented technology called the "Low-Headroom Slide Method," we have made it possible to perform low-headroom tasks, where heavy machinery could not previously enter, significantly improving work efficiency.
In the future, we aim for further upgrades and improvements to the machinery, and we would like you to proceed with development and design based on feedback from the field.
Additionally, our company president is passionate about developing construction machinery that can reduce CO2 emissions, and we are planning to advance the development of environmentally friendly machinery.

Also, five Vietnamese trainees are scheduled to arrive in early 2024, and we would appreciate it if you could support them as a mentor.

■Organization Structure
Currently, two people are involved in development and design, but they are not experts in hydraulic circuits and mechanical design. Therefore, in this position, we would like you to take the lead in mechanical design (structural design and mechanical design).
While we are currently outsourcing design work, we plan to move toward in-house production in the future.
