We specialize in comprehensive quality assurance services, covering everything from testing during the game development process for smartphones and home consoles to post-release support. Your main responsibilities will involve management tasks that serve as a critical point of contact with clients. ■ Job Responsibilities
As the leader of the customer support team for existing clients, you will be responsible for the following specialist tasks:
- Quality Assurance for Strategic Clients at Nagoya Center
└ Establishing quality standards, managing/visualizing KPIs, and preparing reports
- Client Negotiations
└ Creating proposals/presentations, participating in regular meetings/business discussions, and handling visits (a few times a year)
- Project Planning/Proposal/Execution
└ Creating quality improvement plans, designing rules and structures, scheduling, and executing initiatives
- Operator Training and Development
└ Fostering growth in operational skills/mindset and managing motivation
【Prerequisites】
・Customer support track record (2~3 years or more)
・Experience leading a team (2~3 years or more)
・With BtoB customers
Communication experience
・When undertaking a project
Experience with proposals and presentations
・Smooth in Japanese and English

Final educational background: Graduate school graduate, university graduate, professional graduate, high school graduate, junior high school graduate
