Job Description

[Position Overview]

Our first business division in the entertainment sector primarily provides services to major game companies and overseas titles. We specialize in comprehensive quality assurance services, covering everything from testing during the game development process for smartphones and home consoles to post-release support.

We are actively seeking a customer support center manager to join our Nagoya Center, which is the only "global base" of Paul to Win and holds a top share in multilingual game customer support. In this flat workplace with many foreign staff members, you will be responsible for overall management and administrative tasks for the center. You will lead a team that plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality, managing the team appropriately while monitoring customer usage and member support systems. [Job Responsibilities]

As the center manager for customer support at the Nagoya Center, you will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:
Overall Center Management
└ Numerical management / planning (sales / recruitment)
Service Planning and Proposals Based on Customer Needs
└ Document creation / presentations / improvement proposals
Project Management
└ Budget management / analysis / member management

Mandatory Requirements

【Prerequisites】
・Management experience (3 years or more)
・Customer support track record (2 years or more)
・With BtoB customers
Communication experience
(Including all of the above)

Final educational background: Graduate school graduate, university graduate, professional graduate, high school graduate, junior high school graduate
