**■ Job Description:**
*Details of projects and tasks will be explained during the initial interview.*
You will be involved in the entire process of urban development projects, from planning to handover, focusing on rights adjustment for landowners in the central urban areas, particularly around the Yamanote Line. Our mission is to promote redevelopment projects that regenerate communities and create new value.

**■ Workflow:**
(1) Collect area/land information → (2) Visit and propose to landowners (both corporate and individual) → (3) Rights adjustments with landowners, administrative negotiations, contract negotiations with developers → (4) Collaborate with design offices and construction companies (sometimes handled in-house)

■ Detailed Tasks:

You will be responsible for selecting development candidates, rights adjustments for landowners, and administrative negotiations, coordinating with internal teams and developers.
*Example Projects: Primarily residential buildings, but also includes some office buildings and commercial facilities.*

■ After Joining:
