■ Overview:
You will be responsible for sales in the construction and public sectors in the Hokkaido area. Your mission is to gather information from clients and propose plans to secure construction contracts. The ratio of private to public clients is approximately 7:3. Since new transactions will involve proposals and introductions, there will be no cold calling.
■ Organizational Structure:
In the Hokkaido area, there are five sales staff members. The team consists of mid-career and veteran employees aged 30 to 50. There is an environment where you can learn know-how from senior colleagues, making it possible for those without sales or industry experience to catch up easily.
■ Examples of Projects Secured:
You will be involved in large-scale redevelopment projects typical of major general contractors, including commercial facilities, office buildings, logistics facilities, factories, research institutes, and areas around train stations.
■ Client Examples:
Clients include government agencies such as prefectural offices and municipalities, as well as real estate developers, various manufacturers, medical and welfare corporations, educational institutions, hotels, and healthcare (medical/pharmaceutical) organizations both domestically and internationally.
■ Overtime Hours:
Overtime is approximately 30-40 hours per month. There are reminders to ensure that monthly overtime does not exceed 45 hours. Additionally, a system is in place where if you exceed 20 minutes beyond your overtime request time or work past 9 PM, a forced shutdown or lockout occurs.
