Job Description

[Overview]

The Customer Support Team provides user support after the release of major games. We primarily respond to issues and various inquiries that arise during user support via email. In this position, you will be entrusted with team management duties as a leader of a team consisting of approximately 3 to 10 members engaged in the aforementioned tasks!

[Job Responsibilities]

■Manage team members in the Customer Support Team (attendance management, shift management)
■Quality control of responses (progress checks, member follow-ups, quality improvement)
■Client negotiations (reporting on business progress, creating/explaining time estimates, etc.)
■Understand project sales/profit conditions
■Business improvement (cause analysis for service troubles, directing responses, etc.)
■Prepare for new project launches
■Identify and train new leaders (OJT)

During the onboarding training, you will learn operator duties and gradually train on routine work processes and practical knowledge. Afterward, you will deepen your understanding of the job while receiving on-the-job training from senior leaders. We ensure ample training time, allowing you to learn thoroughly from the basics!
You don’t need specialized knowledge about games or apps. You can work in an environment that is easy to ask questions without requiring qualifications or expertise.

Mandatory Requirements

■Customer support
■ Experience in responding to customer inquiries, such as customer service (regardless of industry)
・Experience in teaching juniors and subordinates
・Work with teamwork in mind

・PC skills (data input level)

Preferred Requirements

■Experience in launching new businesses

Working Hours

10:00~19:00 (prescribed working hours 8 hours, break 60 minutes) Shift system. 2 days off per week. 8 hours of actual work.
