Job Description

With the slogan "Great locations, steadily," Open House Co., Ltd., which operates in the real estate industry, fully acquired the professional basketball team, Gunma Crane Thunders, in 2019.
Last season, the team achieved an unbeatable record with 33 consecutive wins, the most in B League history, and successfully promoted to the B1 League. They also announced the construction of a new arena in Ota City, scheduled for completion in the spring of 2023. The Open House Group will continue to energize Gunma.

Now, the detached house business in Gunma will officially start in April!
We are now hiring sales staff for Gunma.

■ Detached House Intermediary Sales
Your job will be to introduce detached houses to individual customers and help them purchase the property.
・Holidays: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
・Work location: Sales center (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM / Thursdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Mondays and Fridays: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
You will start by attracting customers and then guide them through the properties while aligning the budget, area, and other preferences.
★ The transaction amounts can reach several tens of millions of yen, providing a significant sense of accomplishment in making customers happy.
