Job Description

[Position Overview]

This is a managerial position in a division that conducts debugging and customer support for games/apps, collaborating with clients and sales. Currently, there are multiple teams operating in Sendai for game customer support and game debugging. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the base as a manager. Each project has a leader (SV) and an assistant manager (AMG), and you will be executing overall personnel management, sales, profit management, and organizational improvement in collaboration with them.

[Job Responsibilities]

■Create budgets for the center / manage operations and labor
■Communicate effectively with clients as a specialized base for specific customers
■Plan, propose, and execute projects to strengthen customer support
■Develop personnel plans / create and approve proposals / design and improve workflows and operations / team building / design KPIs and manage progress

★ The Sendai base is expanding its business, with increasing demands for diverse internet services, and continues to grow.

Mandatory Requirements

【Prerequisites】 (one of the following)

■ Organizational management for approximately 10 people
■ Experience
■ Experience in managing organizations in numbers
*Experience from other industries or multiple occupations is also acceptable
*Experience in formulating sales/profit budgets in addition to training, etc., incorporating them into KPIs and KGIs, and working on on-site operations and operational improvements

■ Final educational background Graduate school graduate University graduate Professional graduate High school graduate Junior high school graduate

Preferred Requirements
