・You will be responsible for construction management of electrical work related to our renewable energy power generation projects. This includes overseeing construction projects involving the installation of equipment and power generation and transmission facilities.
・You will work alongside civil engineering personnel as part of a team, managing electrical construction tasks.
・On-site, you will oversee subcontractors and handle a wide range of duties including project planning, schedule management, materials management, safety management, cost control, and quality control.
Career Plan:
・During the first 2 to 3 years, you will assist with projects while learning our operations and acquiring essential skills. Afterward, you will gradually take on larger projects as a site manager.
