Job Description

In our General Affairs Department, we will assign you one of the following tasks based on your experience and areas of expertise. We will consider your background and preferences to determine your responsibilities and position through discussion.

[Accounting and Finance] Monthly and annual closing, manufacturing cost calculation, communication with financial institutions, etc.
[Human Resources and Labor Management] Planning related to wages, recruitment, evaluations, and internal training, etc.
[General Affairs] Facility maintenance, safety and health management, welfare benefits, equipment management, etc.
Depending on your career level, you may be entrusted with a managerial position as an immediate contributor.

● Practical experience in accounting, finance, human resources, labor management, or general affairs.
