Interior Design Proposal for Custom Homes by Tanigawa Construction
At Tanigawa Construction, we propose interior designs for customers building custom homes. All our projects are 100% inbound leads, and our closing rate is 90%. Our style at Tees Design is to be thoroughly dedicated to every detail and provide tailored proposals.
What is Interior Design?
Interior design refers to items that beautify the interior, such as furniture. We carefully consider how colors, materials, and designs will come together and enhance the space, offering thoughtful proposals. Not only interiors, but we also have the strength of being able to propose exteriors as well.
The Process
▼ Consultation
As the interior design representative for Tanigawa Construction, you will hold consultations with the client. The number of meetings can range from 1-2 to 5-6, depending on the complexity. You will propose furniture, lighting, plants, and more, adjusting to the customer's budget and preferences. Discussions with the building design team, such as deciding on the location for air conditioners, are also part of the process.
▼ Order Confirmation
The period between the consultation and order confirmation typically takes around 3 to 6 months. The closing rate is high, around 90%, and you will manage about 40 projects annually.
▼ Site Management
You will handle the ordering of products, schedule coordination with the installation staff and construction supervisors, and overall site management. While the actual construction work is done by the construction staff, you may oversee and attend certain phases. After delivery and installation, a final check will be made, and the project will be handed over if there are no issues.
