Job Overview:
You will be in charge of proactive sales, proposing exteriors to customers who are building custom homes with Tagawa Construction. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved. You will have the opportunity to deeply connect with customers and provide tailored suggestions.
What is "Exterior"?
The exterior refers to the overall appearance of a building, including elements like fences, gardens, carports, wood decks, gates, and trees. T's Design’s strength lies in being able to offer not only exterior designs but also interior proposals as well.
Work Flow:
▼Customer Introduction:
As the exterior representative for Tagawa Construction, you will visit the construction site to create plans and estimates, which will then be submitted to the building’s sales representative.
▼Meetings:
Several meetings will be held with the customer. You will revisit their budget and preferences, and sometimes, the exterior planner will give presentations. Together, you will finalize the details of the plan.
▼Order:
The average time from customer introduction to receiving an order is between 3 months to half a year. The contract rate is high, at 80%, and each salesperson typically handles about 80 cases per year. This allows you to achieve results without pressure.
▼Site Management:
You will coordinate with the craftsmen on site and schedule the delivery and installation of the exterior elements. Since the same craftsmen are regularly used, communication is smooth. Once the work is finished, you will hand over the completed project to the customer.
