Job Description

[Job Responsibilities]

As part of the internal IT department, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and operation of PCs and IT infrastructure (LAN, servers, etc.) as well as various IT systems. Ensuring stability without causing troubles or downtime is essential, and you are expected to contribute to improving the company's productivity through enhancing the level of IT services themselves.

[Specific Duties]

- You will handle a series of tasks from upstream processes to installation in response to new IT infrastructure requirements.
- Participate as an infrastructure representative in service level improvement tasks such as enhancing fault tolerance and security of existing IT infrastructure.
- Depending on the task, you may participate as a site representative, or experienced individuals may be assigned in a project leader (PL) position.

[Working Conditions]

- Frequency of Business Trips: Approximately 1-2 times a month to warehouses or production sites within about 1 hour from the Tohoku office.
- Overtime Situation: About 15 to 30 hours.

Mandatory Requirements

Requirements (Required)
Experience as a LAN infrastructure engineer in defining requirements and design (3 years or more)
Industry is not required.

Education: High school, college, or university graduate with work experience

Preferred Requirements

- Experience leading the establishment of LAN infrastructure in offices, factories, or logistics warehouses
- Experience in server/DB sizing, design, construction, and operational maintenance
- Possession of vendor certification qualifications for network devices such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent IPA qualifications
- Possession of server and DB-related certifications
