Job Responsibilities
1. Quality assurance for equipment during the warranty period
2. Supplier quality management
Specific Duties
1. Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and determine the causes of issues or malfunctions occurring in equipment delivered to customers and devise and implement countermeasures. To maintain and enhance the quality of newly developed equipment, work together with related technical departments to conduct risk analysis of new features and reliability, and engage in activities to build quality from the development stage through risk mitigation.
2. Conduct quality audits and provide improvement guidance to suppliers of components and units used in mass-produced and developed equipment. Manage and guide responses to issues and defects related to supplier OEM products, confirm the appropriateness of corrective actions and recurrence prevention measures taken by suppliers, and promote quality improvement activities.

◆Frequency and locations of business trips: 0-1 time, primarily within Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and other Asian regions

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)

- Experience working in a manufacturer with an understanding of the equipment development process
- Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical fields
Preferred Experience
- Experience in mechanical design
- Work experience with overseas customers in English, Chinese, etc.
Note: Candidates with not only experience in quality assurance but also an understanding of design are preferred.*
Educational Background
Graduated from a technical college or university; candidates with practical experience are preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must be able to provide the optimal and fastest solutions to customers and field engineers by involving relevant departments when issues occur on-site. Therefore, in addition to technical knowledge, strong communication and facilitation skills to engage and mobilize others are required.
