・You will be responsible for construction management of electrical work related to our renewable energy power generation projects. This includes overseeing construction projects involving the installation of equipment and power generation and transmission facilities.
・You will collaborate with civil engineering personnel as part of a team to manage electrical construction tasks.
・On-site, you will coordinate with subcontractors and handle a wide range of duties including planning the construction, schedule management, materials management, safety management, cost control, and quality control.
Career Plan:
・During the first 2 to 3 years, you will support projects in an assisting role while learning our operations and acquiring essential skills. Afterward, you will gradually take on larger projects as the site manager.
・There is a training program available for mid-career hires, and we offer extensive support for obtaining a wide range of qualifications, such as Professional Engineer (技術士), as well as rewards for qualification acquisition. ・Holder of a 1st-Class Electrical Construction Management Technician certification
・Experience in construction management of electrical work
・Willingness to travel for work
・First-Class Ordinary Driver’s License
Educational Background: High school graduate or higher

・Holder of a 3rd-Class Chief Electrical Engineer certification
・Experience with extra-high voltage or ultra-high voltage systems
・Experience as a site manager for projects worth over 200 million yen
