Job Description

Job Responsibilities

◆Development of algorithms for monitoring, prediction, and optimization applications for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, data analysis related to the use of internal databases, utilization proposals, predictive models, and optimization algorithm development. Development of 1D models to realize Digital Twin.

Specific Duties

◆Develop systems/applications that contribute to enhancing product competitiveness, such as maximizing equipment performance, minimizing variation, and reducing CoO (Cost of Ownership) from the perspective of data control.
◆Contribute to speeding up in-house equipment and process development through data control technology.
◆Use data control technology to make equipment "intelligent" and realize "autonomous equipment" with optimal control for automated operation.
◆Develop, optimize, and evaluate various 1D models for temperature, gas flow rate, concentration, pressure, etc. The 1D models will be constructed using reverse 1DCAE based on the current system.

Work Style

◆Frequency and locations of business trips: 3-6 times per year, to Tohoku Office (Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture) and Hosaka Office (Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture).
◆Overtime: Approximately 30 hours.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
[At least one of the following is required]

- Experience in developing and analyzing 1D simulation models (recommended: 1+ years)
- Ability to analyze data using AI/statistical analysis (data processing, machine learning, clustering, pattern recognition, predictive models, time series analysis, optimization)
- Proficiency in writing code in R/Python
- Experience in analyzing embedded devices and modeling

Educational Background

◆High school, technical college, or university graduate; candidates with practical experience are preferred.

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Experience from industries other than semiconductors (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical fields)
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer engineering, and materials science
- Experience with FMU (Functional Mock-up Units) and ROM (Reduced Order Modeling)
- Experience in 3D-CAE development

- Strong communication skills
- An engineer who is interested in Digital Twin, IoT, AI, etc., and has a high willingness to learn
