Job Description:
Technical Sales in Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment
Specific Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture customer requirements and, after carefully examining them, propose the most suitable solution as TEL and determine the specifications.
- As a product development coordinator, lead the conceptualization of new equipment/overall equipment specifications and manage inter-organizational projects.
Working Style:
- Frequency and Locations of Business Trips: About once a month. Locations depend on responsibilities (domestic, South Korea, Taiwan, China, the US, Singapore, etc.).
- Overtime: 35 hours.
Required Qualifications (Essential)
Must-Have:
- English skills at a conversational level or above (TOEIC score of 650 or higher).
Experience Required in Manufacturing Industry (One of the following):
- Technical sales experience
- Equipment field support experience
- Project management experience
- Experience in equipment management at a semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer or device manufacturer
- Experience in hardware specifications or project management at a manufacturer
Preferred Experience (Beneficial):
- Proficiency in Chinese or Korean (conversational level or higher)
Educational Background:
- High school, vocational school, or university graduate with practical work experience.
Desired Personal Attributes:
- Strong ability to engage others, persuasive skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with others, and has extensive experience in such tasks.
- Has significant experience in reporting both internally and externally.
- Thinks proactively about solutions and methods to achieve goals, rather than just carrying out tasks.
