Job Description

You will be responsible for the development of ceramic sheets and printing paste materials at our company.

Job Details:

■ At the beginning of the fiscal year, you will set development themes and annual plans, and engage in various material development and improvement tasks (addressing issues with existing products and developing/improving materials for new products).
■ You will assess the current situation, set goals, investigate causes, consider measures, conduct basic verification and analysis, and evaluate prototypes for mass production (including equipment introduction).

Attraction of This Position:

■ In material development, you will work closely with production technology, design, and equipment. Depending on the theme, you may also collaborate with the research department of NGK Insulators. In manufacturing improvements, you will engage in activities that are integrated with the field.
■ Necessary knowledge, qualifications, and experience for development will be supported through internal and external training as needed to help you enhance your skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience handling organic and inorganic materials
Japanese language proficiency: N2 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in the analysis of organic and inorganic materials
Products/Technologies Handled:
Products: Various ceramic package products
Technologies: We will deepen the ceramic material technology that supports the products and advance development to standardize common technologies (including porcelain composition control, dispersion control, rheology control, and sintering control).

Working Hours

8:15 - 17:00 (break time: 45 minutes) Overtime: 20 hours per month on average (varies depending on busy and slow periods)

Complete Two-Day Weekend System (Holidays are based on the company calendar)
