This is a job for an engineer specializing in metal cutting.
The work involves machining using a machining center and NC lathe.

While experienced individuals are welcome, even those with no experience can develop skilled expertise if they have a passion for manufacturing.

In fact, many of the senior staff at our company started with no prior experience.

You will perform metal machining based on customer drawings.

The workflow involves:
・Checking drawings → Considering processing steps → Creating programs → Setting up tools and jigs → Machining → Measuring → Mass production
Program creation may involve manually entering data on a screen or using dialogue or CAD/CAM systems.

Measuring also involves using tools like calipers and micrometers, or machines such as 3D measuring devices.

We also have general-purpose lathes and milling machines, and you will learn the basics of machining while using these machines and eventually progress to using automated machinery.

We perform machining with NC lathes and machining centers. With 67 years of history, we have been in business with a major pneumatic equipment manufacturer for over 40 years. Our machining centers include vertical, horizontal, 4-axis, and 5-axis types, and our NC lathes are capable of a variety of processes, including those with milling or robots. Due to the variety of order quantities, ranging from 10 to 1,000 units, knowledge of both single-piece and mass production machining is required. The company is now in its third generation, so the succession issue has been resolved.
