Job Description
Supporting the evolution of semiconductor devices
Pursuing manufacturing technology and guiding the direction of equipment development, as well as launching and promoting development themes.
Specific Duties
- Supporting the head of the development department and leading equipment development.
- The development areas range from core technology development to product/customer-facing positions. You will be assigned based on your suitability, within a scope up to pre-mass production in the short term.
- Proposing roadmaps for next-generation and next-next-generation devices, and clarifying new device integration technologies.
- Proposing process technology for thin film deposition equipment and contributing to the development of new equipment across the entire Tokyo Electron Group.
Work Style
- Overtime hours: 10-40 hours per month
- Business trips: 5-10 times per half year
- Transferability: Negotiable
- Remote work: Available, negotiable
Required Qualifications (Essential)
- Experience in new device development related to Logic, DRAM/NAND Memory at a device manufacturer.
- Experience in connecting existing devices to next-generation development through technical breakthroughs.
Education
- University graduate or higher, with relevant work experience (only in scientific/technical fields).

◆Knowledge of the future direction of devices and equipment integration.
◆A vision for the future of semiconductor devices and the ability to plan, propose, and lead equipment development.

◆Not limited to knowledge of thin film deposition but has a broad understanding of the processes before and after deposition, and can make decisions about thin ◆film deposition in relation to these processes.
