Job Description: As a solution salesperson, you will be responsible for proposing IT solutions to clients who are facing challenges, not just in terms of personnel, but also in solving their IT-related issues. We are looking for new team members to strengthen our department.
■ Specific Responsibilities:
・Acquiring potential customers (marketing and inside sales)
・Providing solutions based on client needs (drafting, listening, presenting, etc.)
・Performing sales administrative tasks (quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, inspections, invoicing, etc.)
・Following up with existing customers
■ What We Expect: To expand our IT solutions division, we focus on increasing the number of end-user transactions and building a solid customer base. We expect the person we hire to make reliable proposals to clients and gain their trust, regardless of the order size. For example, if there is a request to improve a system developed by another vendor, although replacing the system with a new one may be more profitable, we encourage proposing improvements to the existing system if that better meets the client's needs. Initially, even small transactions will help build trust with the client, and over time, you will take on the responsibility of proposing IT solutions to corporate clients.
