[Job Description]
As a Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proposing IT solutions to clients facing challenges in IT, not only offering human resources but also addressing their IT-related issues. We are hiring new staff to strengthen our department.
Specific Responsibilities:
・Acquiring potential clients (from marketing to inside sales)
・Providing solutions tailored to customer needs (hypothesis, hearing, presentation, etc.)
・Sales administrative tasks (quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, inspections, invoicing, etc.)
・Following up with existing clients
What We Expect:
To expand the IT solutions business, the company is focused on increasing the number of end-user clients and building a strong customer base. We expect the new hire to provide proposals that gain trust from customers, regardless of order size.
For example, when there is a request to improve a system developed by another vendor, while it may be more profitable to develop and replace the system with a new one, if modifying the existing system aligns better with the customer’s needs and solves the problem, we recommend the latter solution.
Initially, you may work on smaller transactions, but we expect you to gradually gain the trust of customers and eventually take on sales proposals for corporate IT solutions.

・You will have the opportunity to upgrade from SES sales to solution sales.
Wide Scope of Responsibilities:
・You will engage in a variety of sales activities, including upstream to downstream, development and construction to operations, applications to infrastructure, PC clients to servers, networks, and even in-house developed products.

[Required Qualifications]
At least 1 year of experience in one of the following:
・SES (System Engineering Services) sales experience in the IT industry
・Sales experience of IT products (such as software packages, hardware, etc.)
