Job Description
As a solution salesperson, you will be responsible for proposing IT solutions to clients who are facing challenges related to IT, not just staffing, but also providing solutions that address their issues. We are looking to recruit new personnel to strengthen our department.
Specific Job Duties
・Acquisition of prospective clients (from marketing to inside sales)
・Providing solutions tailored to client needs (e.g., hypothesis creation, interviews, presentations)
・Sales administrative tasks (quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, inspections, invoicing)
・Follow-up with existing clients
Expectations
To grow the IT solutions business, the company is focused on increasing the number of transactions with end users and building a solid client base. For this reason, we expect the successful candidate to provide proposals that will earn the trust of clients, regardless of the order value.
For example, if a client requests improvements to a system developed by another vendor, while developing a new system and replacing the existing one may be more profitable, we encourage proposals that suggest improving the existing system if it better addresses the client's needs.
Initially, even small transactions are fine, but the goal is to build client trust and eventually take on the responsibility of proposing IT solutions to corporate clients.
Job Characteristics

・You will handle both inside sales and field sales, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and expertise in sales.
Requirements (Must-Have):
・Basic understanding of IT terminology (ability to explain key OS, middleware, etc.) ※Self-study is acceptable
・At least 3 years of experience in identifying customer (corporate) challenges (through interviews), presentations, and closing deals
※Industry experience is not required
