Job Description

■Job Overview
As a remodeling salesperson at our company, which specializes in high-quality custom homes, subdivision homes, and renovations using carefully selected hinoki (Japanese cypress) wood, you will be responsible for promoting and attracting customers through the use of showroom visits from various housing manufacturers.

■Job Details
・Proposing renovation projects (with design accompaniment)
・Conducting hearings with customers to understand their renovation plans
・Offering suggestions for interior and exterior designs, including color schemes
・Regular inspections of ongoing projects for existing clients

■Reason for Hiring
In line with increasing demand in this field, we are expanding our team. All employees currently in this department are over 40 years old, and the aim of this recruitment is to transfer expertise from veteran staff and develop the next generation of team members. Other departments, such as sales and design, include many employees in their 20s and 30s, including new graduates.
Looking ahead to the next 5 to 10 years, we promise careful guidance from experienced professionals.

・We use high-quality Kiso hinoki, which is harvested in limited quantities (only 200,000 logs per year), to create homes with “completely custom designs.” From design to construction and delivery, we manage the entire process in-house.
