Job Description

◆Development, evaluation, analysis, and assessment of processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing equipment.

Specific Duties

◆Proposing processes that maximize the performance and productivity of the equipment.
◆Developing optimal processes and new processes (recipe development), including tuning, to meet customer needs.

Work Conditions

◆Occasional business trips several times a year to several times a month, depending on the department (domestic and international).
◆Overtime: 20-40 hours.

Requirements (Required)

◆Either of the following is required
◆Experience in process development
◆Experience in research and development or mass production development in engineering, chemistry, physics, etc.

Educational background

◆High school, college, or university graduate with work experience (science only)

Desirable Experience (Preferred)

◆Experience in the design or development of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or any other type of equipment.
◆Experience in the development of semiconductor front-end processes.
◆Experience in semiconductor-related work.
◆Experience in equipment maintenance.
