Job Description

Main Duties:

◆Development, evaluation, analysis, and examination of processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing equipment.

Specific Tasks:

◆Propose processes that maximize equipment performance and productivity.
◆Develop optimal processes that meet customer needs, including new process development (recipe development) and tuning.

Working Style:

◆Occasional domestic and international business trips (a few times per year to several times per month, depending on the department).
◆Overtime: 20-40 hours.

Required Qualifications (Essential)

One of the following is required:

◆Experience in process development
◆Research and development or mass production development experience in companies related to engineering, chemistry, physics, etc.

Educational Background:

◆High school, technical college, or university graduate (must have practical experience in a scientific field).

Preferred Experience (Welcome):

◆Experience in designing or developing semiconductor manufacturing equipment or other types of equipment
◆Experience in developing pre-semiconductor processes
◆Experience in semiconductor-related work
◆Experience in equipment maintenance
