Job Description:
In our company, which provides custom-built homes and sells ready-built homes, you will be responsible for purchasing land for residential development.
Specific Duties:
■Information Gathering: Collecting data related to land acquisition
■Land Investigation and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis on potential land for purchase, including market trends and feasibility studies
■Other Related Tasks: Various duties related to land procurement
■Primary Area: Oita City and its surrounding areas
[Required Qualifications]

■Experience in residential or real estate sales
■A valid driver’s license (AT license acceptable)
Educational Background: Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or High school diploma
[Preferred Qualifications]
■Takken (Real Estate Transaction Specialist) qualification
■Knowledge of residential design and construction management
■Experience in sales, customer service, or any job requiring interpersonal skills, regardless of the industry
