The position is with Phoenix Consulting Co., Ltd., a company in the Net Learning Group.
While utilizing a common platform, your mission will be to propose solutions to companies for "global talent development." With a strong focus on "global leader development," which goes beyond merely improving English skills, you will identify client challenges and needs and offer consulting on talent development and training program planning. The goal is not just to complete the training, but to assess its effectiveness through follow-up assessments, connect it to future planning, and deepen client relationships.
Main Responsibilities: The primary tasks will involve new and existing sales to corporate clients, as well as proposing customized training plans, focusing on the following two areas:
1. Global leader development training
2. Business English and communication training
You will assess the "specific goals" and "challenges" of executives, managers, and general employees, then design and propose training programs to help achieve those objectives.
Work Process: Sales will come through cold calls, participation in large-scale exhibitions, introductions from contacts, in-house seminars, and media inquiries.
・Appointment setting and needs assessment → Planning and design → Proposal → Training delivery (assessing the current situation → customized training → effect measurement through assessments) *You will work with an assistant to manage the training implementation process.
English Usage Frequency: Although most client meetings are conducted in Japanese, internal meetings are typically in English. Even if you're not confident speaking English, it's fine as long as you can understand it.

① Experience in proposal-based sales within the training industry.
② Experience in proposal-based sales related to organizational development or human resource development.

・Conversational level of English proficiency
