Salary Details

Expected Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 The salary will be determined based on experience and skills. Salary Structure: Annual salary system Probation Period: 1 year During the probation period, you will be a contract employee. After the period ends, the contract will be switched to a permanent employee. The monthly salary is set higher during the probation period as there will be no bonus. Job Description

You will be responsible for purchasing land for new residential developments.

You will be responsible for acquiring land to build our company's main business of "new residential developments" (buying land)!
This is a unique opportunity to experience "sales for purchasing," which is difficult to experience at other companies!

Example of how the job progresses:
1. Gather information from real estate brokers within your assigned area and select potential land (around 10 properties per deal).
2. Investigate the land's shape and surrounding environment on-site.
3. Evaluate the land, consider everything from the purchase price to the sale price, and develop a plan.
4. Obtain internal approval and sign a contract.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to build the homes.
6. After completion, work with real estate brokers to promote sales.
・The land you choose, with the cooperation of the team, will turn into a house and become part of the customer's life.
You will experience a sense of fulfillment that will completely change your perception of ordinary sales!

Mandatory Requirements
