You will be in charge of the land acquisition process for newly built residential properties.

Job Description: You will be responsible for acquiring land (buying land) to build our company’s core business of newly built residential properties. This role allows you to gain experience in "buying sales," which is rare in other companies!
Example of the Workflow:
1. Collect information from real estate brokers in your assigned area and select land (around 1-10 properties).
2. Investigate the land’s shape and surrounding environment on-site.
3. Evaluate the land, considering both the acquisition cost and the potential sales price, and make a plan.
4. Obtain internal approval and finalize the contract.
5. Work with other departments in the company to build the homes.
6. After completion, request sales promotion support from real estate brokers.
