Salary Details

Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥4,000,000 Monthly salary of ¥250,000 or more + commission + various allowances (family, qualification, etc.) Includes fixed overtime pay (for 25.38 hours/month, ¥40,000), with additional overtime paid separately. Probation Period: 1 year During this period, you will be a contract employee. After the probation period ends, you will be contracted as a full-time employee. Monthly salary is set higher during the probation period due to the absence of bonuses. Monthly salary of ¥220,100 + commission + various allowances (position, family, qualification, etc.) + salary increases and bonuses Salary will be determined based on experience and age, in accordance with company regulations. Job Description

You will be in charge of the land acquisition process for newly built residential properties.

It’s easy to start, even with no experience → You'll be tasked with "buying" rather than "selling"!

You will acquire land for building homes.

Specifically:
Job Process:
Job Description: You will be responsible for acquiring land (buying land) to build our company’s core business of newly built residential properties. This role allows you to gain experience in "buying sales," which is rare in other companies!

Example of the Workflow:
1. Collect information from real estate brokers in your assigned area and select land (around 1-10 properties).
2. Investigate the land’s shape and surrounding environment on-site.
3. Evaluate the land, considering both the acquisition cost and the potential sales price, and make a plan.
4. Obtain internal approval and finalize the contract.
5. Work with other departments in the company to build the homes.
6. After completion, request sales promotion support from real estate brokers.
