We mainly sell products through two businesses:

Our products, which are based on the know-how gained from building subdivision homes, are high-quality yet affordable, making them popular among many customers.
・Hiraya IKI (IKI Single-Story Homes)
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for single-story homes, and diverse living options are being sought.
In response, we have created IKI, a line specifically focused on single-story homes.
More and more customers, from younger generations to those planning for their retirement, are choosing IKI for their homes.
As one of the top three residential builders in terms of supply volume in the national builder group, our company is able to offer these standardized custom homes.
The clear differentiation from competitors makes attracting customers easier, allowing you to focus on customer service.
・Introducing model homes
・Negotiating (explaining the company, products, and quotes)
・Introducing housing loans
・Contract signing to handover
・Sales activities (visiting, posting flyers, etc.)
